The Future of California's GOP Starts Here – Elect Mike Morrell as Chair!

Senator Morrell brings ten years of experience in the California Legislature and twenty-five years of business experience; having founded two California Corporations. Our goal: Good Planning, Systems, Measurements and Successful Fundraising that produce WINNING RESULTS!

“We never plan to fail. We simply fail to plan!”

Benjamin Franklin

A Bold Vision for the California Republican Party

The momentum of the Trump victory and nationwide Republican gains have shown us what’s possible when we rally behind a shared vision. Now it’s time to seize that energy and take California back.

Our mission is simple but ambitious: to build a stronger, more dynamic Republican Party that delivers real, winning results. We have a clear PLAN – a transparent, actionable roadmap that will redefine our Party’s future. Success will come from focus, organization, and unwavering unity. The future of our Party, and our state, starts today. It starts with YOU. The California Republican resurgence begins now.

"IT'S TIME FOR REPUBLICANS TO SEIZE THE MOMENT"

A clear plan to victory: This executive summary outlines the bold steps we must take to grow our Party and WIN ELECTIONS. With a focus on unity, strategic action, and unwavering Constitutional Principles, we’ll chart a path to success and secure the future of Californians and the next generation.

1. Building the Conservative Future: Empowering Tomorrow's Leaders

We’ll ignite the next generation of conservative leaders through strategic internships with the CAGOP, county committees, and GOP campaigns. Partnering with colleges and grassroots clubs, we’ll deliver cutting-edge training programs introducing them to the political principles contained in our United States Constitution, our Declaration of Independence and the Federalist Papers, led by a dedicated committee to ensure success.

2. Platform-Driven Outreach: Winning with Bold, Clear Priorities

  1. Our message centers on four pillars:

  • Education: Championing parental choice for better schools.
  • Economy: Lower taxes and regulations to fuel growth.
  • Public Safety: Protecting families and empowering law enforcement.
  • Gavin Proof California: We have the highest taxes, over $73 billion deficit, businesses fleeing California, nations highest housing prices, highest homeless population, and a sanctuary state with illegal criminals in the nation just to name a few.

We’ll tackle local issues like water shortages, homelessness, and voter ID, while opposing new taxes. A compelling, values-driven message will energize Californians to join our fight for a brighter future.

3. Fundraising Excellence: Fueled by Strategy, Built on Success

With decades of legislative and business expertise, Senator Morrell will spearhead innovative fundraising – targeting major donors and micro-donations alike. Focused on education, safety, and small business concerns, our relentless, data-driven approach will ensure every dollar powers victory. A robust fundraising calendar, with no gaps, will dedicate time each day to raising the resources and exceed fundraising objectives required to power our movement.

4. Communication: Amplifying Our Message

We’ll deliver sharp, unified communication through:

  • Regular Zoom briefings with GOP leaders and clubs.
  • A Rapid Response Team to tackle breaking issues.
  • Newsletters and social media campaigns to energize grassroots supporters.
  • Strategic media outreach to dominate the conversation.

5. Ballot Measures: Driving Momentum

Strategic, principle-driven ballot measures will energize voters, mobilize volunteers, and power fundraising. These initiatives will reflect core conservative values while rallying our base.

6. Voter Registration, GOTV, and Election Integrity

We’ll clean up voter rolls, register new Republicans, and re-engaging disaffected voters by highlighting core issues: immigration, the economy, education, and public safety. Community forums and meetings will serve as platforms for voter registration, while using innovative tools like geofencing and targeted outreach, we’ll ensure no vote is left behind.

7. Volunteer Powerhouse

Volunteers are the heartbeat of our movement. By expanding our network through the CAGOP and chartered clubs, we’ll build a passionate team ready to drive our platform forward, inspire new voters, and deliver critical wins.

8. Winning Elections: Candidate Excellence

Victory begins long before Election Day. We’ll identify, recruit, and train top-tier candidates with relentless preparation. Early campaigns, rigorous training, and constant momentum will ensure success at every level.

9. Transparent Leadership

We’ll reform outdated by-laws, ensure transparency in party finances, and refine processes like proxy use and endorsements. The Rules Committee will draft forward-looking amendments by Fall 2025 to strengthen our Party.
